Atlas Freight needed a large distribution centre delivered on an aggressive timeline to meet a new contract. The site had difficult ground conditions and a tight boundary with a residential area.
Our approach
We brought engineering, design and programme management together from day one, using early contractor involvement and off-site fabrication to remove risk from the critical path.

The outcome
The hub was handed over six weeks early, allowing Atlas to start its new contract ahead of plan with a building that is efficient to run and a good neighbour.
